Protecting your data
We highly recommend backing up your data on a regular basis.  Innavoy can put the software and hardware in place to do it automatically and we can come in periodically to create a backup that we take offsite.  Offsite backups will help you in case of fire, flood, wind or theft.

Our Philosophy
Sometimes a problem is quick and easy to diagnose, and sometimes it's not.  Innavoy will always try to help you save money by choosing the least expensive resolution for a particular problem.  For example, it can take several hours to track down a a virus and attempt to remove it.  If we think it will be cheaper for you to have us reinstall all the existing software from scratch (factory reset the software), or to scrap the old computer and buy a new one, we will let you know as early as possible.

Innavoy is located in Southern Pines, North Carolina (NC) and services Pinehurst, Aberdeen, Whispering Pines, Seven Lakes, Pinebluff, Carthage, Vass and the surrounding Moore county area.  We can come to your home or place of business to work on your computer, or you can drop it off at our facility.
